1. The agreement, in one sentence

These terms are the contract between you and Lagares Ventures Ltda. for the use of founder.nexlink.ai. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site — that is the only way to refuse, and it is a legitimate one.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older and legally able to accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. What this site is, and what it is not

Founder is a paid community for people who already know how to do something and want to turn that experience into businesses, products and new ways to grow.

Content published here is informational and reflects our experience and opinion. It is not legal, accounting, financial or medical advice, and it is not a guarantee of results. Business decisions are yours, and outcomes depend on factors we do not control.

4. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Access is sold for a defined period, with the price, currency and duration shown on the purchase page at the time you buy. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your country.

Payments are processed by payment providers; we do not store card numbers. If there is automatic renewal, it is stated clearly before purchase, and you may cancel at any time, keeping access until the end of the period already paid.

Right of withdrawal: if you are in Brazil and bought online, Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code gives you 7 calendar days to withdraw from the contract with a full refund. If we advertise a longer guarantee, it applies on top of that legal minimum, under the advertised conditions.

5. Acceptable use

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for illegal activity, fraud, or to impersonate someone else.
• Attempt to access areas, accounts or data that are not yours.
• Distribute malware, or try to bypass security mechanisms or usage limits.
• Scrape content automatically without our written permission.
• Copy, resell or redistribute our content as if it were yours.
• Interfere with the operation of the site or with other people’s experience.

6. Intellectual property

The Founder brand, name, logo, text, design, code and published materials are ours or licensed to us, and remain protected by copyright and industrial property law. You receive a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable licence to access and use the site for its intended purpose.

If you send us suggestions or ideas about the product, we may use them without obligation to pay or attribute, and without creating any confidentiality between us.

7. Third-party content and links

The site points to third-party services, such as YouTube videos and the other sites in our ecosystem. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Once you leave here, their terms apply.

8. Availability, changes and termination

We work to keep the site up, but it may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider failure, or reasons beyond our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the site at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or the law. If we terminate without any breach on your part, we refund the unused portion of the period proportionally.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages or lost profits. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing here excludes liability for wilful misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury, nor removes consumer rights that the law grants you and that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer's home venue is elected for disputes, as the Consumer Protection Code provides. If you are not a consumer, the venue of Lagares Ventures Ltda.'s registered seat applies.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your mandatory local consumer rights continue to apply and are not displaced by this clause.

11. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. By accepting these terms you acknowledge that you have read that policy.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the version in force. Continuing to use the site after that means accepting the new version.
